We are excited to announce Social Bookmarker Plugin version 2.0.0 for SEO Panel β a major release that brings image-based sharing support, a wave of new and trending social platforms, and a thorough cleanup of inactive channels. This is the biggest update to the plugin in years, and it keeps your social sharing campaigns working with today’s most-used networks.
π What’s New in Version 2.0.0
πΌ Image URL Sharing Support
You can now attach an image to your social sharing project in two ways:
- π Upload an image file directly from your computer (existing behaviour).
- π Paste a public image URL β ideal for sharing content that is already hosted online.
A new [[image]] placeholder is supported in social bookmarker submit URLs. Platforms that accept an image parameter β Pinterest (media=), VK.com (image=), Weibo (pic=), and Odnoklassniki (imageUrl=) β are all pre-configured to use it automatically.
β A warning is displayed in the Run Project screen when a locally uploaded image is used with image-capable channels, helping you understand when a public URL would give better results across all platforms.
π 15+ New and Activated Platforms
Nine dead or broken engines have been replaced with fresh, active channels. Six completely new platforms have also been added. Here is the full list of new additions:

π§Ή Dead Channel Cleanup
Nine platforms that returned 404 errors or had shut down were removed and replaced. Only verified, working channels remain active by default. This ensures your submission runs complete without errors and wasted clicks.
π Bug Fix: Confirm Dialog
A bug where the delete/run confirmation dialog displayed a literal ? instead of the expected prompt text has been fixed.
