Installation Installation:

1. Download and unzip theme file
2. Upload the folder "whiterat" to the "/themes/" directory of seo panel
3. Activate the theme through the "Themes Manager" in Admin panel
4. Enjoy New theme :) 

Upgrade:

1. Download and unzip theme file
2. Replace existing theme foder "whiterat" with newly downloaded "whiterat" folder
3. Activate the theme through the "Themes Manager" in Admin panel
4. Enjoy New theme :)
